Vibrostructural Machine for the Glass Concrete Blocks
Its purpose is to produce the wall glass concrete blocks. Dimensions of blocks are 380x190x190. To fill the blocks there is used demercurizied cullet according to TU 574-012-23298136-96.
Transport Container for UDM-3000
The container is used for the collection, transportation and storage of fluorescent lamps or any other waste, which contains mercury. The hermetic container is mounted on a modular system UDM-3000, next the unit with a container is sealed and just then the container opens inside the module. Specifications of the container allow it to accommodate about 350 lamps of type LB.
Pumping Chamber Designed for UDM-3000
The chamber is used to eliminate remaining in the container TC-1600 residual mercury vapor. Cleaning takes place after removing the container from the unit UDM-3000.
Separator Detaching the Cap of Fluorescent Lamp from Cullet.
The separator is used to detach the metal caps from the demerkurizied cullet. The separator can handle 60 kgs of cullet per hour. After separation the glass size ranges of 1-2 mm. The unit can be equipped with an autonomous drive. It is mounted on the init UDM-3000, UDL-100 and UDL-150.
Clothes Demercurization Cabin
The purpose of the cabin is to handle work clothes and clean it up from mercury particles. The cabin is equipped with heating system, has connections to an air-duct, which leads to the air filtration module. The dimensional characters of the cabin constitute 525x1000x1800.
It is used for cullet storage after demercurization and the next loading into the auto.
It includes a storage hopper with a capacity of 6.5 tons, a cullet hoist, columns with a service platform. The hopper capacity is 6.5 tons.
Air Filtration Module for Clearing of Indoor Air from Mercury Vapor
The module cleans the air in the facility where mercury wastes are processed or other work with mercury is carried out. These facilities include an area of demercurization of mercury wastes, areas of disassembling appliances, lamps, of mercury overflow and the premises where mercury devices are stored. Performance of the module can constitute 900, 2000, 8000 m3/hr. The mercury content in the air after cleaning is 0.0003 mg/m3. Sorbent HPR-3, HPR-3F, PPR-3.
Container for Transportation and Storage of Mercury Lamps
It serves to collect mercury lamps in place of their forming and transfer them to the factory for demercurization. The container functions as a storage of mercury lamps as well as a transportation.
